Bistro Harcsa
Bistro Harcsa was my Final Year Project at the University. Bistro Harcsa is imagined as a high-quality fish restaurant franchise with a customisable structure. The design of the building refers to the architectural heritage of Lake Balaton and I was trying to explore how gastronomy could help to make Balaton an attractive place all year long. My Supervisors were Répás F., Pálóczy T., from the Department of Design and Ther T. from the Department of Mechanics, Materials and Structures.
